Joel Ball began his adventures in photography as a student at Harvard, shooting for the Harvard Crimson and Harvard Magazine. He later studied with Barbara Norfleet and discovered the power and impact of documentary photography.
His work has been featured in Men's Health, the Washington Post Magazine, and National Geographic, among others.
A regular contributor to Picrow, a production company based in Hollywood, Joel is based in Los Angeles, where he lives with his wife, Joy Dabby, two children and a protective terrier of questionable ancestry.
